This privacy policy presents information explaining the principles of collecting, processing and using information about users of the website We collect personal data, use it and share it to enable the operation of the website, ensure its security and guarantee users the provision of services of the highest quality.

These data may be processed by Spa Gardens for the purpose of providing services, archiving, solving problems, adapting the website to the needs of users and improving it, selling products and services offered by the Garden Spa, conducting marketing activities independently or in cooperation with other entities, performing on behalf of users of other activities, about which we inform you when collecting data.

We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies for marketing purposes. Without the simultaneous consent of the user, personal data may be made available to authorized authorities in response to legal requirements.

The data provided by users is stored in a database protected against access by third parties in a special security zone and only authorized persons associated with the portal and obliged to keep the obtained information secret.

This Policy applies to cookies and applies to the website, the operator of which is Spa Ogrodowe with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Santocka 48.

1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files, subject to point 6.

2. Cookie files (so-called cookies) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the website user's end device and are intended for the use of the website pages. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

identifying the source from which the User came to the website

We also know: the time of the request, the time of sending the response, the name of the client's station - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol, information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction
URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) - in the case when the transition to the Bank's website was made via a link, information about the user's browser.

These data are not associated with specific people browsing the website, subject to point 7. In order to ensure the highest quality of the website, we occasionally analyze log files to determine which pages are visited most often, which web browsers are used if the page structure does not contain errors, etc.

7. Cookies on the website pages usually do not collect personal data. Only in selected places, if the user himself requests it, e.g. by sending contact forms or electronic forms regarding Spa Ogrodowe products, subscribing to the newsletter, downloading files from the website, using the configurator or comparison engine. In such cases, all personal data contained in the above-mentioned the forms are entered by the data subjects themselves and processed on the basis of the premises specified in separate legal provisions, in particular the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.
